We implement and maintain a Business Management System which provides us with a robust framework for meeting the aim and objectives expressed in this policy. It also enables us, by means of third party certification, to demonstrate that we satisfy ISO 9001 2015 and other relevant management system standards, as required by many of our clients.

We will regularly review our capabilities and respond to the changing needs of the offshore industries in order to remain at the forefront of our profession. Ultimately, this means continually improving our Business Management System and our performance as a business.

We implement and maintain a Business Management System. This provides us with a robust framework for meeting the aim and objectives expressed in this policy. It also enables us, by means of third party certification, to demonstrate that we satisfy ISO 45001 2018. In addition, it helps us show compliance with other relevant management system standards. To attain our policy objectives we have established and initiated a group wide Business Management System. This system forms clear procedures and lines of communication for reporting and recording of HSE events. Moreover, recording and reporting of HSE statistics helps us to identify areas of risk. As a result, this directly influences changes in procedure and policy.

To achieve our high HSE standards, we continually monitor the effectiveness of our H&S Management System. Furthermore, we implement changes if required effectively and efficiently. 

Additionally, IOSH and NEBOSH accreditation for key staff ensures that working with and for Spectrum Offshore is a safe and rewarding experience.

We regularly review our capabilities and respond to the changing needs of the offshore industries and will take timely action to satisfy new and changing environmental requirements. Spectrum considers the environment, continually improving resources, services and processes by which those services are delivered. Ultimately, this means continually improving our Business Management System and enhancing our environmental performance and, where he have influence, enhancing the environmental performance of our key stakeholders.
