The Spectrum group has developed and preserves a pro-active QHSE culture and are certified by LRQA to the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHAS 45001:2018 standards. We are committed to the people, environment and the work we conduct which in turn drives continual improvement in our quality, health, safety & environmental performance and, where we have influence, enhances the performance of others. QualityWe implement and maintain a Business Management System which provides us with a robust framework for meeting the aim and objectives expressed in this policy. It also enables us, by means of third party certification, to demonstrate that we satisfy ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant management system standards, as required by many of our clients. We will regularly review our capabilities and respond to the changing needs of the offshore industries in order to remain at the forefront of our profession. Our energy and ingenuity are dedicated towards continually improving our resources, our services and the processes by which those services are delivered. Ultimately, this means continually improving our Business Management System and our performance as a business.
Health & SafetyWe implement and maintain a Business Management System which provides us with a robust framework for meeting the aim and objectives expressed in this policy. It also enables us, by means of third party certification, to demonstrate that we satisfy ISO 45001:2018 and other relevant management system standards, as required by many of our clients. To attain our policy objectives we have established and initiated a group wide Business Management System which forms clear procedures and lines of communication for reporting and recording of HSE events. Recording and reporting of HSE statistics helps us to identify areas of risk, directly influencing changes in procedure and policy. Our management team are committed to health, safety and welfare throughout the business and at all times we aim to attain a high standard within Spectrum Offshore. To achieve this we continually monitor the effectiveness of our H&S Management System and implement changes if required effectively and efficiently. Spectrum Offshore is proud of its clear HSE record which is attained through its careful development of working procedures and experienced team members. IOSH and NEBOSH accreditation for key staff ensures that working with and for Spectrum Offshore is a safe and rewarding experience. All employees within the Spectrum Offshore group and any contractors that are appointed are carefully selected and fully competent to carry out their tasks.
All information, instruction and training are carefully monitored to ensure that each individual is aware of their health and safety responsibilities at all times.

We regularly review our capabilities and respond to the changing needs of the offshore industries and will take timely action to satisfy new and changing environmental requirements. We consider the environment, continually improving our resources, our services and the processes by which those services are delivered. Ultimately, this means continually improving our Business Management System and enhancing our environmental performance and, where he have influence, enhancing the environmental performance of our key stakeholders.
