The Spectrum team pride themselves on working closely with clients to provide high-quality service and implement rigorous quality control steps at every stage to ensure we are continually exceeding our clients' requirements.
Spectrum are also able to offer highly trained, experienced personnel to compliment comprehensive workboat services where we can advise, source, manage and operate coastal work boats for a variety of applications.

Jess Hanham
- Commercial Director
Jess has over 15 years' experience in survey and offshore operations, working extensively within the offshore construction industry. His experience comes from project managing surveys worldwide for major renewable and cable clients. He holds an IHO Category A accredited MSc in Hydrography from Plymouth University.

Jack has over 15 years' experience as a hydrographic surveyor and is highly competent in vessel mobilisation, data acquisition, processing, reporting and delivery of high resolution hydrographic survey data. Since 2012 he has been involved in providing timely, accurate results to support the successful construction of numerous major offshore wind farms in the UK.

Graduating from Cardiff University with a BSc in Geology, Rob has over 10 years' experience as a marine geophysicist including the acquisition, processing and interpretation of high resolution geophysical and hydrographic data for a wide range of marine surveys. He has worked on many nearshore and offshore projects for major renewables, subsea cable and oil & gas clients in both the UK and further afield.

Amanda Smith -
Vessel Services Manager
Amanda has over 15 years' experience in accounts management and 5 years' experience in the renewable energy industry working as a business development coordinator. This role involved coordinating project bids and marketing and regular meetings with clients. Amanda has also been actively involved with managing vessel certification for 14 vessels for a large offshore services company and holds a NEBOSH General certificate in Occupational Health & Safety.

Nelson Wood -
Operations Director
Nelson has over 15 years’ experience in the offshore renewables sector having worked on a variety of vessel platforms and wind farms around the UK and North Sea. Prior to joining Spectrum, Nelson was an operations manager for a large UK based crew transfer company. Today, Nelson runs the vessel operations for Spectrum and is an active member within the RNLI.
